Teacher training programs are fundamentally based on external experts conducting one off, top-down training which have a limited impact.
Instead, we hope to empower teachers through 1) building communities of teachers that can support each other; 2) creating means for sharing best classroom practices; and 3) developing an immersive app for teachers to explore the lives of their students.

We are currently in the process of building several communities of practice across government schools in the Sanand block.
