The Model City Council (MCC) is a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower youth to tackle the pressing issues of sustainable development within their cities. MCC focuses on local challenges, bringing together students to envision and create a better future for their city.
We are spear leading the movement to decolonize MUNs through contextually relevant, collaborative, and action-oriented Model City Councils. We piloted MCC in summer of 2024 and are now excited to invite others to organize their own MCCx. We look forward to supporting schools, universities, and individuals replicate and set up their own MCCx.
